Gretyl, create an event experience that celebrates and supports the trading card seller community

Rendered trade show booth design with branded counters, overhead signage, seating, and a pixel-design wall.

The Industry’s Biggest Conversations Happen Here

The annual GAMA Expo gives TCGplayer an opportunity to sit down with sellers face-to-face. It's where product ideas are tested, relationships are strengthened, and candid conversations shape the year ahead. I led creative execution across the experience, helping connect everything from the booth itself to keynote presentations, educational sessions, and printed materials into one cohesive visual story.

Business Outcomes

  • Access to 3,800+ attendees and 320+ exhibitors at the tabletop gaming industry's largest annual gathering.

  • Opportunities to engage sellers through meetings, research sessions, educational programming, and community events.

  • Cohesive experience across keynote presentations, networking events, and the annual Hobby Shop of the Year celebration.

Ownership

  • Lead designer for TCGplayer's GAMA presence, including environmental graphics, executive presentations, apparel, signage, and supporting event collateral.

  • Developed the creative direction for booth graphics in alignment with the seller marketing team’s goals and core brand identity.

  • Guided two supporting designers to maintain a cohesive visual experience across all event touchpoints.

  • Reviewed print production proofs and partnered with on-site staff during installation to ensure quality across the physical experience.
